The Omokase menu was a true delight, we enjoyed a special meal prepared with attention and care. The food was wonderful, very experimental but great flavours and high quality ingredients. The bartender even made a unique birthday cocktail for us. Highly recommended for a special treat in Tulum!

This was one of the best food experiences I have had in my life. Francis was so attentive and after I told him I have no experience with fish or seafood he slowly helped me enjoy fish and seafood dish by dish more and more. Absolutely delicious. The fish didn’t taste fishy, it was fresh and incredibly flavorful. 10/10 and a must try in n tulum.

What a delight we were in for. A truly great fine dining experience. We opted for a 10 course tasting menu which was innovative, with interesting combinations to tantalise ones tastebuds. Each course used the finest ingredients and our chef Oswaldi took time to explain what was in each course. We were not disappointed. At the end of our evening to celebrate our birthdays our barman made us two complimentary original cocktails which finished our evening off very nicely. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and its staff.

I almost never write reviews. But this dining experience in Tulum demanded it. We chose the 10-piece omakase, and from the first course to the last, it unfolded like a series of quiet revelations. Each piece was individually curated, beautifully composed, and grounded in traditional Japanese technique—elevated with French artistry and the bold, unexpected spirit of Mexican flavor. It was honestly truly unique. There was an unmistakable sense of intention behind every bite. Nothing felt rushed or routine. The space is intimate, calm, and free of pretense. With only a few seats and a minimalist atmosphere, it feels like a private invitation into something rare and personal. Every detail is considered. Every guest feels like the experience was made just for them. This wasn’t just the best sushi we had in Tulum—it’s among the top 10 meals of my life. If you care about food with purpose and artistry, this is the kind of experience worth seeking out.

This restaurant is a gem! From the beautifully designed space to the warm, welcoming staff, everything feels just right. The food was simply outstanding. The food was incredibly fresh, each bite bursting with flavor, we love it and definitely coming back.

Quiet and quaint—something different for this side of Tulum. A breath of air, and probably the best meal we have had on this trip. The head chef, Francis, is highly educated between Japanese, French, and Mexican quinine, offering an indulgent experience when it comes to fine dining. Each course was curated, elevated, but balanced and not too much food by the end of the course. The service, especially Oswaldo, was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and offerings. At one point I even lost my phone, saw it moving about the property, and one of the staff managed to find it for me... least to say, this place goes above and beyond for its customers, and I hope we can come back someday soon.
